We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The best aspects were the cleanliness , hotel facilities , location of checking in , and the staff. The hotel room was comfortable, the bed and pillows were great, and the size of the room was fine. The elevators were quick and we felt secure during the evening/night hours. The hotel also provided vouchers for guests, which was a nice perk.
We encountered some issues with the hotel's heating/air system, which made a loud rattling noise every night. Additionally, the room was dimly lit and the hotel staff did not clean every day or remove trash.
We loved how clean the rooms were and the professional and courteous staff. The pools were wonderful and the buffet had delicious food. The hotel's location at the south end of the strip was convenient and allowed us easy access to other areas. We were also close to the MGM Grand, where a fight was happening. a great stay.
