The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms. The beds were cozy, and the rooms were kept clean. The staff were friendly and efficient during the check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient, with easy access to the whole strip. The hotel had good WiFi service and a nice pool.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained, with a tall shower and separate bathtub. The hotel facilities, including the gym, were impressive, offering 24/7 access and decent equipment for a hotel gym. The location was ideal, right on the strip and within walking distance to many attractions in the downtown area. Parking was convenient, and the hotel offered transportation options, such as a tram that connected to Mandalay Bay.
Everything is on the pricier side, as expected in this city.

Nothing could have been better.
I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The pool was clean and had a beautiful view. The staff made me feel safe and secure, with visible safety and security personnel around. My poolside view room had a comfortable bed and pillows, making it a relaxing experience. The hotel's proximity to Excaliber and Mandalay Bay shops was convenient, and there was a tram to both places. Additionally, the monorail at MGM was close by, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
There were a few issues during my stay. The first room I was given had construction noise next door and a shower that caused water to flood the bathroom floor.

The location was great, with shops and the tram & strip nearby. We stayed in one of the towers, not in the pyramid, but it was still very convenient. The casino was also a nice addition. The breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were helpful throughout our stay.
